Algebra 2: Reflections V.1 Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â directly in Algebra 2 we learned how to acknowledge the missing side of a right angle with 2 sides given. We used Sine, Cosine, and Tangent. I learned that when we have an angle and a side, we first, label the triangle with hypotenuse icy and adjacent. Then we need to rule forth which trigonometry to use; sine, cosine, or tangent. Sine is opposite word over adjacent, cosine is adjacent over hypotenuse, and tangent is opposite over adjacent.

Today in Algebra 2 we did a guggle diagram of Patterns and Recursions. I learned that recursion is a formula, which we use to cut patterns. There are 3 types of recursions: Geometric, arithmetic, or neither.
Ex. of recursion format:         Today in Algebra 2 we did real-world problems of using recursion. We got together in groups and did Investigations: 1.2.1 and 1.2.2. 1.2.1 was called, profit Investment Plan. The plan was to send out letters to masses and hope that they would respond by sending $20 back, and die part of the chain, in hopes to someday. Investigation 1.2.2 was called, Investing with Meg Abux. In this investigation we calculated the amount of money, gained off the interest of $2000 at various times.![]()
Ex:         Today in Algebra 2 we proceed with our Recursion and Pattern practice and we took a test (which I failed). We did an Investigation, which was and for notes called, Color Concentration. There was a bowl of liquid that started out with 984 ml of clear water. The amount of colored liquid was 16 ml. We continued to take down the progress of that experiment on a table.
Here is an example of the Recursion formula we used:
